There's a good stiff breeze on the hill at the PHOENIX Lake. An attractive conversion project has been implemented on an area of around 98 hectares in the south of Dortmund. The former steelworks site was converted into an urban location for living, working and leisure – with the newly created lake at its heart. In the bathrooms of the exclusive PHOENIX Lake residences, level-access showers provide the highest level of convenience and technology.
