Exhibitors meet their trade audience and present solutions on site
Berlin, Essen, Dresden and Munich: these are the BaukulTOUR '21 venues! In August and September, five premium brands will jointly present the latest innovations and solutions in the field of building technology at these exciting locations. “Of course, since the beginning of the Corona pandemic, we have been reaching out to our partners and customers through a wide variety of digital channels – including at ISH Digital. But it adds a completely different dimension when you can talk to each other directly though and present solutions live on site,” says Frank Jahns. He is the managing director of the German sales company of STIEBEL ELTRON, one of the initiators of BaukulTOUR '21.
The companies involved
The other companies participating are REHAU, Bette, Solarwatt and Dallmer. Roger Schönborn, Head of Division Building Solutions at REHAU, explains how the collaboration came about: “At the beginning of 2021, when it became clear that yet again this year there would be no spring fair as an in-person event, we considered how we could still get into direct contact with partners and interested trade visitors – keeping it as safe as possible for organisers and visitors alike of course. The result was the BaukulTOUR '21concept, where we can present our topics together on site to a trade audience.”
STIEBEL ELTRON is a solution provider of building technology products for hot water, heating, ventilation and cooling. REHAU is a successful and globally leading system and service provider for polymer-based construction solutions. Bette produces high-quality architectural bath elements made of natural glazed titanium steel and system solutions allowing perfect installation at all times. Dallmer stands for innovative sanitary technology which renders drainage in the home and on your property more reliable, valuable and convenient. Solarwatt is a leading premium supplier of German-made photovoltaic systems and offers solar modules, electricity storage and energy management all from a single source. The company sees great potential for CO2 savings especially in building technology and construction and considers the participation of various trades in the BaukulTOUR to deliver clear added value for visitors.
Innovative solutions for different areas
“HVAC and the electrical trades are facing increasingly complex challenges. Against the backdrop of climate change and the energy transition, sector coupling, efficiency increases and the use of environmental energy are among the topics that are current challenges for the professional trades. In view of the current renovation boom, modern bathroom design is just as much a part of this,” says Bette Sales Manager Stefan Remmert, emphasising how visitors benefit from this joint approach. Thanks to the different areas represented by the participating brands, the BaukulTOUR offers immense added value for trade visitors – especially against the background of the increasingly strong networking of products and solutions.
The BaukulTOUR coming to a location near you
Not only are the brands’ solutions exciting, but the event locations are also impressive: the venue in Berlin (date: 10/08 – 12/08) is the “Station”; in Essen (17/08 – 19/08) it will be the “Grand Hall” of the Zeche Zollverein former coal mine; Dresden (07/09 – 09/09) will host it in the “Ostra Dome Studios”; and Munich’s venue (14/09 – 16/09) will be the “Eisbach Studios”. The BaukulTOUR will be held for three consecutive days at each location, with two blocks of events planned for each day – in the morning from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., and in the afternoon from 1:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. In view of the strictly limited number of visitors due to safety precautions, professionals who are interested in visiting should contact their usual point of contact at one of the brands as early as possible to give them the best chance of a guaranteed place. Alternatively, trade professionals can register their interest in participating by sending an e-mail to email@example.com.
What awaits visitors
“The professional trade as well as architects and building services planners will benefit from visiting the BaukulTOUR,” says Aloys Koch, Dallmer’s DCH Sales Manager. Each brand presents its themes and products in its own brand pavilion. As well as this, a joint ‘House of Innovations’ will be established at each location, displaying the brands’ latest home technology solutions. In addition, there is a fascinating lecture programme on offer: exhibitors are given 25 minutes to inspire the audience with their solutions. Sabine Stamm, a professional presenter with many years of stage experience, will guide the programme.
